We got one custom made for my E-ring’s odd shape. It only ended up costing us $300 for a plain 14k rose gold band. If you do this, seriously shop around though. We were quoted prices up to $3000 for the same exact thing.

@prahajess:  based on that photo, I’m sure a plain band that is a similar thickness as your e-ring band would fit under the halo. 

your e-ring is beautiful by the way!

I took it to the jewelers and they kept it about three days while they made a wax version of the custom ring.
