I have just done a consult for mine.
If you want to wear them together (same finger) then you have to go with the exact same metal that you have. Like if it is 18K white gold, then the other band must also be 18K or else the harder metal will wear away at the softer metal. Tungsten is the hardest.
You will need to get something that fits around that square, so likely something quite thick and custom-made.
I highly recommend going to talk to a jeweller.
On the other hand, if you are going to switch the engagement ring to your right hand and wear a wedding band on the left, then you can go for ANYTHING!
I think a white gold band with small black diamonds set to match your e-ring band would look AWESOME and really make the center stone POP!
I have an Aquamarine Halo ring. So I too had a hard time finding a band to wear but I ultimately went with a diamond eternity band. The milgrain on the e-ring and the wedding band are the same and the diamond sizes match to. I plan to wear them seperately because they don't sit flush but close enough and they look beautiful together.
Go to this link to see different bands with my ring. That might give you some ideas

I would definitely go with an eternity band with the same metal and style as your e-ring! Very beautiful!!!
You'll have to find something that either wraps around your existing setting, or fits underneath it. Hopefully there's a space under your setting! Here are some ideas that I think would match your ring:

love this one but the price, awww
hey there, im actually a jeweler, if you plan on wearing the two rings together you will have to see a jeweler near you to have on custom made, if you want symetry i reccomond a "jacket" you could add diamonds or any stone you want or just leave it plain to save money, i have the same style ring and will be making a removable jacket for it here where i live it would cost me about $750 at cost with diamonds, but plain is lovely too, but if you want some shine youcould have some diamond cuts made in it
best of luck,
feel free to message me if you need any more ideas
