lilmissha -- My brother named my neice Caroline, he claimed just because he liked the name, but at age 2 she already likes watching red sox games so they can sing "her" song :)
I love the sox and patriots, I like the Bruins, but can't say they are my favorite. I also love watchign hte Beanpot and college hockey. Boston is such a great hockey town! I also loved CM when I was younger.

I can't help but enjoy it when Boston teams do well. I think, between the Sox, Pats and Celts, the city has won five championships since I moved here. This boggles my mind, because I'm from Philly -- I grew up with teams that got this close *holds finger and thumb an inch apart* many times but always lost. I'm enjoying living in a city where the sports teams win!
Admittedly, I don't support the Pats. And even though I understand that Brady is a very talented player, I laughed a little this year when they didn't do as well just because they didn't have him. But I don't watch football; I just follow it through the news, so I shouldn't really speak on it.
I'm really only a two sport girl... football and baseball. I'm afraid when it comes to other Boston team, I'm just a pink hat fan (the horror!). I'll always root for the Pats and Sox through thick and thin!

FI loves, and I mean LOVES the Red Sox. Our reception is at the Top of the Hub and you can actually see Fenway and there will be a game that night. If he goes missing I know he will be on the West view trying to make out the action.

Let me put it to you this way - we STRONGLY considered arranging our honeymoon so that we'd get to at least 2 out of town Sox games... (and we only nixed the idea due to airfare costs!)

I'm a HUGE Sox and Pats fan! But I do have to say, FH has turned me on to the Celtics. If there's a game on...we're watching!
I am a Boston girl...although it took me a while to be able to say that since when I moved here I was convinced I was moving back ASAP. Thankfully, I did fall in love with the town. However, I am a Jersey girl born and bred, so my sports alliances run just as deep...just to the NY teams :) Sorry :)

we had sweet caroline played during our reception. everyone was eating dinner and when the song played, the whole place erupted with bah bah bah! :) we actually thought the song was going to be played during the dancing part of the night, so it was great and unexpected!
Joanne -- that's a fun idea. My neice Caroline, who I mentioned above, is our flower girl -- I'd love to have a special moment with her and that could be a great idea!

Love Sox, Celts, Pats, and Bruins. I went to a red sox game the day we got engaged, July 4, 2007 and then the Monday after our wedding we went to another red sox game. We basically planned our honeymoon around it! I guess you can say we are fans!!
Okay so we are really not into sports (besides drag-racing) although my dad is a HUGE Red Sox fan so Mr H will watch with him if there is a game on when we are at their house...but Oh I do love me some Paul Pierce....even before they FINALLY got some other players to help him out over the last couple of years so he didn't have to just play by himself trying to win a game....so happy the Celts are back in the spotlight!

Us Boston girls are known to be big sports girls -- I dont know if I would really consider myself one, but I do love how happy sports makes my fiance -- so I suffer through it -- a LOT! :)
