Calphalon is a good choice, and I would mix and match some of their nonstick with stainless or anodized.

I have a few Gordon Ramsay pieces from Royal Doulton, and I love them!  We love cooking and get a lot of use out of them.  I keep telling Fi that I want Mauviel cookware though–I LOVE the look of copper cookware but it’s disgustingly expensive!

I am registering at Pampered Chef (online). I already have a lot of their cookware and love it.

I want calphalon although it’s soooo expensive no one can afford it that’s coming to my wedding lol… but maybe they can go in as a group gift?  my mom says that kohl’s usually has calphalon sets for really good prices.

I’m a sucker for non-stick ( uses a little less cooking oil IMO) and Calphalon makes the best non stick!

Calphalon are very nice quality pots.  I went with Cusinart multiclad, though, because I didn’t want glass tops (and I liked the look and price better).
