My dog's eyes are very dark brown, just like me. It really helps, because we don't want to tell her that she is adopted.
My dog's eyes are a milk chocolate brown. They match his fur :) We also have a grey kitty with grey eyes and a bright orange kitty with orange eyes. Hmmmm.....
@menobride- that's so funny! GSP's eyes are actually the same as my little sister's- amber color.
My old dog, Rusty had amber eyes. It definitely made him look more intimidating.

My dog's eyes are a light brown. We used to have a really cool looking Persian cat who had orange eyes that were ridiculously beautiful.
My Husky Mix has brown eyes and my Black Lab has almost black eyes.
my pomeranian has brown eyes, light enough to see the pupil....just like mine...she has cream/blonde fur and her eyes have a dark lining so she looks like she has pretty eye liner on....so cute!!
All three pooches have dark brown eyes! One of my cats has green eyes and the other yellow though!
Our beagle has beautiful brown eyes. It is hard to say no to them!
@cbee:When my fiance and I went dog shopping, he told me he wanted a boxer so badly. So we went boxer puppy shopping and low and behold, we found this adorable boxer puppy with the most beautifulest eyes I have ever seen on a dog. His eyes were gray/brown. It was beautiful. Here's a pic of him when he was a young pup (at the doctor's office because he was so sick - lost so much weight)..
My Yorkie has really dark eyes, almost black. He has the cutest eyes, I always say he looks so 'angelic'. Haha :)
My dog has dark brown eyes, but her mom had bright blue eyes. It is less common, but normal in dalmatians.
I don't have a dog now, but I've had two in the past who were both all black fur with one brown eye and one blue eye. It kinda freaked some people out, but I loved how it looked.
My pup has the most gorgeous brown eyes I've ever seen!! They're HUGE chocolate brown eyes!! He works them ;]

@stephanie63087: is that an australian shepard? It is really common for them to have two different colored eyes!
My dog's eyes are a reddish/brown color, actually the exact color of his fur!
we think thes a german australian mix (the vet told us thats most likely although im not so sure bc she only weighs about 40 lbs)... not sure tho as she was a stray... shes the sweetest thing tho!

@cbee: lol she has a ton of personality!!! she was a very timid dog when we first got her... scared of everything! but boy has she come out of her shell!!! shes a crazy girl!

My GSP has bright, crystal-clear orangish/ yellow eyes. I guess I was just curious if anyone else has a dog with unusual eyes. Hers look so human!
