The title says it all — curious to see what GIA graded colors (as in D,E,F,G,H,I,J, etc.) the majority of diamond rings on here are! (Main stone if you have something other than a solitaire.)
ETA: Post a pic too, if you’d like!

My center diamond is a GIA G color. When Fiance and I were shopping, I was torn between an H, VS1 or the G, VS2 which Fiance wound up insisting on…he saw too much color in the H. FWIW, my diamond is a cushion cut. Sometimes, I feel as if I notice a hint of warmth and it makes me happy we didn’t go with the H.
ETA-here’s a pic, b/c..why not? 😉

@WhatMaeBee: Pretty! I think I’ll edit my original post to encourage pic posting — because yes, it’s always fun!

@kmb727: Thanks! You should also edit to ask whether it’s GIA, AGS, or EGL…I’ve heard EGL certs can be really different, and so an EGL “D” may be more like a GIA “F” 🙂

Mine is a J 🙂 I only ever see warmth from the side, and it is SO slight. I think the medium fluorescence helps a lot.

@WhatMaeBee: Another good point! 🙂 I’m curious about GIA grading, so I’ve edited to say that. Thanks!

Mine is a D because Fiance picked it. I’m actually not very color sensitive.

Mine is an GIA “I” color with no fluorescence. excellent cut, SI1 (eye clean).
It always photographs a little bit blue to me in my office since everything around me (desk, carpet, cabinets, etc) is blue! LOL

I rock an H and have never noticed any warmth or color to it…I think the setting being white gold helps a lot…and all the little princesses around the thing just make it all a great big shiny!

Mine is a J VVS1 XXX- fricken beautiful. You can see a bit of warmth in very certain lights, but I’m sitting on the sofa in natural light right now and it’s white. I LOVE it!!
