My bridesmaids will be wearing these dresses: http://www.davidsbridal.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplayView?storeId=10052&catalogId=10051&categoryId=3001604¤tIdx=78&subCategory=-49998976%257c3001465%257c3001604&catentryId=6097284&sort=
in Lapis. What color flowers go with them for bouquets and centerpieces? I love Roses and ranunculus. It will be a mid October wedding. Do you think Fall (orange) will be ok?

I think orange would look great with lapis. If you want a regal, formal look, and think dark red roses would look gorgeous too (more if it’s a formal evening wedding probably)

My color is lapis as well, but we are in the spring. My colors for the bouquets are pink, lavender, deep purple, coral, and green. I think for the fall a mixture of purple, even burgundy/wine, red, and orange/coral would look beautiful!

My BM dresses are in lapis from David’s as well. Getting married in the fall and we’re all carrying orange flowers.

Lapis and orange for me too! I think they go so great together.

Oh sooo many options.. yellow is purple’s complimentary color.. so yellow and white would naturally go. you could go with blue/purple hydrangea, you could do pink (but it’s not VERY fall) ivory would look beautiful & shades of green and ivory could be very pretty too.

I’m getting married at the end of july on a friday evening and my bridesmaids are also wearing lapis! I am also having trouble deciding on flower colors for my centerpieces and bouquets, our wedding is all located outdoors ceremony and reception.

My bridesmaid dresses are also dark plum (eggplant), and I am doing Picasso Calla Lillies. I’m so excited! Check it out…

As a bridal seamstress, I am copying some BM designs from David’s Bridal in lapis. My client is using yellow and white flowers. By the way, you can order an invitation (free) from David’s Bridal in the color of your choice. Then you have a sample color to carry around with you.
