Do you have a picture of the dress? Or a Similar color? What is your overall look - besides the pink and orange?
This is the color off the David's Bridal website, called terracotta. It is a different dress though but it should give you some idea. I took a few with my camara I will post those as soon as I get them uploaded
I agree, go with whiter or ivory flowers. Bright colors won't look as good since the dress is such a bright statement of color. For for the lighter pastels and maybe just a splash of color in the bouquets.
Maybe wrap the bouquets in that brighter color to tie it all in.
If you do the white or ivory flowers - you could have them be something like orchids or something a bit showy - so they still stand out - but just not compete with the dress.
I would think that champagne roses, sahara roses, flame mini callas and marilyn monroe roses would look very pretty. I found this picture from the ftd website.

ehendrick's suggestion is lovely, and is the same palette I was thinking. I would stay warm/neutral for the flowers with a dress this color.
LOVE those rust colored callas with cream flowers... brilliant.
i like ehendrick's suggestion as well... muted peaches, champagne, ivory, light green.
My BMs are wearing a similar color, but brighter (coral) and though I know it's not a common color in flowers, I'm going with blue. The contrast is really pretty. Have you looked at polyvore? You can search by color combinations and see inspiration boards. That might help.

They do not match what I was going for which is warm pink andf orangey...I need inspiration!
