I have two vietnamese dresses. The first one (pink and white) will be for the morning tea ceremony and the 2nd one (fuschia) is for the reception. What color shoe would work well for both dresses? If I buy pink shoes, will it work well for the other dress and vice versa if I buy a fuschia colored shoe? Would anyone even notice? Would a champagne or nude color shoe work? I really don’t want a silver shoe or white but I feel those are my only options. (My church wedding dress shoes are ivory so I can’t wear those with these dresses)

I think an ivory shoe would look nice.

I would go with nude or an ivory.

Do you just not like silver shoes? I think silver would look really pretty..or ivory…I think pink shoes would be over the top

@Jamcnair: I don’t like silver shoes at all. If I can find a pair that is simple with no rhinestones then I guess I can go with silver.

I would go with silver myself, however if those are your actual dresses, I think the colours are similar enough that you could go with a fuscia shoe and it would match both.

I would personally go with silver, but nude would work as well.
re: simple shoes — have you tried Nina? I wore Nina Culver for my wedding and they are super simple!

These are really pretty and cheap..I bought them to try for my lace dress…they’re pretty comfy too!

@MissNoodles: I had those dresses made in vietnam. My uncle took a little trip to vietnam last month and is going to bring them to me when he comes back on the 14th. I cannot wait to see what they look like in person! I hope the colors match the photos.
I’ve been searching for silver shoes but they are either too strappy, too high or has clusters of jewels and rhinestones on them which don’t appeal to me.

I would wait until you see the outfits in person. Colors vary so much depending on your monitor settings. If they look like the pics appear to me, I would get fuchsia.

I agree with @julies1949:. On my monitor, both dresses appear to have fuschia in them, so I would get fuchsia.

I think fuchsia could definitely work! But I think you should wait until you see your dresses in person, to be sure about the colors 🙂
