I think you could do navy, pale pink, beige, white or maybe even a light gold or silver color.
I think with the pink accents, it would be fun to match the shoes. But I agree with Amandopolis. If you don't have pink, my vote would be for gold or silver.
For a dark blue dress with light pink accents I think shoes in silver or a similar pink shade would look nice. Depending on how pale the pink is and what your other wedding colors are, I also think your bridesmaids could wear a subtle light gold shoe. I worry that anything else with a delicate silk dress may be too jarring.
For one of the weddings I was in, the BM dresses were navy, and the bride asked us to wear some sort of gold/yellow tone shoes.
I like silver or gold! Your bms will be able to wear them again.
I'm in my brother's wedding at the end of the month. We chose a cobalt blue dress. And decided to go with a very simple strappy silver shoe with a little bling across the toes. I found the shoes online at bellissima bridal shoes. They had lots of silver to chose from. And the ones we chose I think we can wear again. Which is always nice since you spend so much on dress, hair, nails and shoes.
If you go with the pink pale sash then you could always have the shoes dyed to match. But beware that this could take a few weeks lead time.
My bm dresses are navy and the girls are wearing silver shoes.
I'd say silver. It'll be easy for your girls to find, and it will look really pretty.
I wouldn't do hot pink if your accent color is pale pink. They could wear the same color shoes as the sash or at least a similarly pale color and I like the idea of any metallic color, silver being my first choice, gold may look a little funky being close to the yellow family.
My first impression was to say black shoes - it seems like you want the focus to be on the sash, not the shoes
I think silver for gold shoes they could wear again would be awesome...but really my first instinct is to say PINK!!! It will be such a nice pop of color and so fun. Here's some eye candy for you:
Bright pink would be awesome!
If not either silver or gold depending on your other colors.
Definitly not cream/white or black.

Personally, since you are going with a very pale pink sash, I would pick either dyable shoes to match the dress, something that was a pale nude with pink undertones, or pewter grey. Keep us all up to date.

My BMs are wearing knee-length silk dresses in a dark blue color (not quite navy, but not as light as royal blue). I wanted to add a very pale pink sash, and they will be carrying pink bouquets as well.
What color shoes would look good with the dress + sash?
Thanks in advance!
