@blushpinkbride: I would say a nude shoe would be good if you could find a matching shade. Or maybe a champagne colored shoe, or even try gold. I would just steer clear of white and silvers with the warmth of your dress 🙂

What style of shoe were you thinking? Any ideas yet? Gold would look gorgeous with that color

@bdockery: I would like wedges as I find them most comfortable, but they can be a bit hard to find. If not wedges, low d’orsay would be my choice.

@blushpinkbride: NUDE! Unless you have another accent color you want to go with.

My first thought would be gold but I think it depends on the accessories you are pairing with it. What accessories do you have picked out?
Gold/ Rose gold type colors would work

@blushpinkbride: Holy cow I’m in love with this dress! And it fits your body/skin tone beautifully. It’s like classic, vintage, delicate and goddessy all at once!
I would say any of the shoes @weddingbound: posted would look great

@weddingbound: well, my engagement and wedding rings are white gold, as are my diamond earrings that I’ll be wearing. I do have a gold-tone statement necklace that I’ll try on with the dress, does it look bad to mix metals like that? I am guessing I won’t like the mix and will either bead the sleeves of the gown like most of the Reem Acra dresses are, or get a silver statement necklace.

@cjah: aww thank you! Your description is exactly what I’m going for, especially as a 34 year old, second-time bride in a lush outdoor setting (no church).

I think you need to go with a thin strap sandal in gold or silver…something like this..
yes you can definitely mix metals, I feel like a lot of traditional fashion “rules” have been thrown out the window

I think something blush, gold, or copper would be best.
