I ordered Cristiano Lucci’s “Lea” in Blush for my wedding. I had in mine that my FH wld wear the Off-White jacket w/ black pant and tie and the guys wld wear black tuxes w/ lavender ties to match my BM’s. However my FH seems to believe his guys can do gray tuxes. I think its toooo many colors going on. Blush, lavender, off-white, black AND gray. I need help…..

I would probably keep the guys in black tuxes if he’s going to wear the off-white/black tux. They won’t look as formal, in my opinion. And lavender and grey could look very similar next to each other. The lavender ties with black tuxes next to the BM dresses would look very classic.
I have a blush dress too. BMs are going to wear ivory, guys (including the groom) are all wearing grey tuxes with blush/light pink bow ties

You think you have a lot of colours… My gown is ivory, FI will be in black, the Bridemsaids will be in royal blue, royal purple, jade green and fuschia with the groomsmen wearing a corresponding tie and hank to the BM they are paired with. Go with your gut… it’s probably right 🙂

I think we will go for the black ones bcuz president tuxedo only had brown shoes to go w/ their gray tuxes. (Weird) and I know i dnt want a spec of brown in the wedding.

I prefer black tuxs for wedding personally but I do think grey also goes well with blush, however would probably be safer to go with black if your FI is wearing ivory because it could look a bit too busy

trayeaton: I actually think brown shoes and grey suits look good together, if the brown is the right colour, like more of a tan colour:
I also prefer grey instead of black with blush – it’s just softer looking. I prefer black with clearer, brighter colours. So my choice would be grey for everyone, maybe with a lighter shade for the groom.
But since your groom is wearing black and white, I think it would be too much to have another colour there, so I’d go for black.

Actually most of my brides are doing gray suits I work in a brida/tux boutique. I love it personally I think the old school black tuxes are a little stale. Besides gray and blush look awesome together, also gray isn’t really a color as much as neutral.

I only have the photo of me in it… Unfortunately all of the photos I’ve found are in black and white. I originally had no intention on purchasing a blush gown, until the bridal store that did my daughter’s prom dress had a sample sale. It hadn’t even been tried on yet and I got it for less than half of the retail price.
