red. yellow. orange.. LIME green. anything super bright would be awesome especially with a summer wedding
Well first of all, I *LOVE* dark blue with sunflowers. If I weren't having a winter wedding that is probably what I would choose! I think you could do sunflowers or possibly light pink gerbera daisies. Is your wedding going to be outside?
Yes - the ceremony is outside pending weather, and the reception is in a barn. While I want to do rustic - such as sunflowers/daisies, my dress is a little more modern, so I thought theirs could be too. Originally I was thinking purple dresses with sunflowers (complimentary) colors, but my MOH loves this dress in royal blue. Pink would be nice too!! Thank you for the input! I love and need as much input as possible.
I'm doing bright blue with either yellow, orange, or both....love the combo!
Ok so I'm going to give you this picture from theknot.com because it's something I would TOTALLY do if I were having an outdoor wedding, which I am not. Yes, I'm one of those girls who has her wedding planned for every season, every option, every-everything! :) This picture could be done for really any flower, I was thinking you could do a couple of sunflowers by the chairs closer to the ground facing the aisle, they would look a little like "spotlights" and people wouldn't have to worry about stepping on them!
(Ok, so I couldn't find the original picture I wanted but these two also from theknot.com give you the general idea).

@sarahsd - I love, love orange also - especially orange gerbera daisies. I would LOVE blue, yellow and orange. How are you thinking of incorporating all three?
@Kansas Princess11 - I loveeee the daisy picture! Here comes potentially really silly question - how are they staying in the ground??
@Ngolden1: As far as I know (this is just from me thinking about it for entirely too long!) they're in the ground with the individual "vases". They have little stem vases w/a plastic cap to keep the water in. I'm sure you'd have to check with your venue first since this would put holes in the ground but I think it would be worth it ;)
Definitely bright bright - yellow, white or pink would be amazing combos with royal blue!
aah yes I can see the little stand in the tulip picture. Great suggestion!! Isn't obsessing fun??
love the sunflower with that dress... i think the contrast of yellow against that rich blue it will be perfect

I love brilliant contrasting colors. What flowers would you have the girls hold with this dress? Input on sunflowers and gerbera daisies appreciated - those are my favorate!
