@Sunnyday278:  You pretty much just need to relax, but what you are feeling can be normal. I was pretty on my game, but I was very laid back and relaxed. Take some walks, get much more sleep, and trying not to fret over forgetting things. The week is also probably going by really slow for you I would imagine!

@Sunnyday278:  Sounds like a long, drawn out day. Blech. I would blame it on today. When you get home, maybe take a nice warm bath and go to bed after some TV and ice cream or something 🙂

Honestly?  If I were you I’d look on Groupon and book myself a massage.

Failing that, a pedicure or yoga class (i.e. something indulgent and nice for you)

I have these days all the time and they’re in no way related to the wedding (expect that I endup spending the whole day on the Bee instead of doing my job).

@Sunnyday278:  THIS happens…I think the longer you have to anticipate and plan, the greater the tide of unruly emotions that comes in when you finally get to that fabled day….I mean honestly, have you ever put so much thought, money, time, energy and hope into anything before in your life?

That’s going to get to a person, no matter how calm and collected they may be.

Time to trust that you’ve planned everything to the point that you can’t plan anymore, and switch your focus from anticipation, to being in the moment, enjoying the experiences and people that surround you and relinquishing the control….time to become, a bride.

I didn’t feel off, exactly, but I was sitting at my desk DYING to get out of there. Like WHY ISN’T IT QUITTING TIME YET, checking the clock every three minutes, dying.

If you feel good about your relationship and good about the wedding prep and good about becoming your FI’s wife and excited imagining your day… maybe some of your excitement is just translating to nerves?

Anyway I hope it settles down. Do eat something, do get good sleep, do whatever you do for relieving stress or getting rid of nervous energy, and fabulous luck with your wedding! 😀
