I had a half-updo waterfall braid and long curls for the rest of my hair (and also a floral cown).  Google waterfall braids, they’re so gorgeous!  Here’s a pic:

I added extensions. Not for length but for ease. I have very curly natural hair, so the piece helped make getting ready a breeze.

Mine was a little longer than that, but I wore it down in curls w/ one side pull back slightly with a flower. Then I topped it with a midlength veil.
