So, just like the title says… what did YOU eat today?
I’ll start 🙂
Breakfast: Yoplait lowfat yogurt
Snack: Dried mango slices
Lunch: Spinach and salad mix with blueberries & lite italian dressing
Then later I’ll probably have some apple and peanut butter…
For dinner I’m making penne arrabiata.

Breakfast: coffee w/ heavy cream & stevia (very healthy 😉 )
Lunch: Leftover steak, cubed and stir fried w/ green beans, soy sauce, garlic chili sauce & honey
Dinner: Elk burger with roasted squash & carrots/celery dipped in guacamole (totally doesn’t “go” together, but the avocados are going to go bad if I don’t use them tonight!)
Dessert: glass of Shiraz 🙂

Good call on the dried mango slices, I need to baggie some up and bring them to work!
Breakfast: small piece of chinese rice cake, cup of chocolate almond milk
Breakfast 2: kashi granola bar
Lunch: one slice of ham, 4 pieces orange sesame chicken, small cup beef chili (yeah lunch buffet!)
Snack: mini Baby Ruth bar that I shouldn’t be eating!!!
Not sure about dinner, going out for an office dinner so I’ll probably be splurging on something expensive and unhealthy…

Breakfast: Amp (energy drink)
Midmorning coffee: Mocha iced coffee with skim milk from Dunkin
Lunch: Buffalo chicken salad with a root beer.

Breakfast: greek yogurt
Morning snack: apple w/ peanut butter
Lunch: small salad, string cheese, Subway turkey on wheat
Afternoon snack: 2 clementines + almonds
Dinner: probably something light, depends on how hard my workout is
I’m experimenting with not calorie counting this month. It’s been tough so far, I’m so paranoid about how much I’ve eaten… but I think overall it’ll be good. I like the idea of just listening to my body while paying attention to serving sizes.

It’s not quite lunch time yet but I had a glass of Horizon’s Omega 3 Chocolate milk to take my vitamins with this morning and I’m just about done with my second cup of coffee.

@MissBoPeep: I’m not usually, trust me! lol. I went grocery shopping today and I’m trying to eat a little better, not for weight loss, but just to be overall more healthy.

Bfast: greek yopurt with kashi go lean crunch cereal
Lunch: Lean Cuisine meatloaf meal, smashed cauliflower, baby carrots and an apple
Snack: 1 coffee nip
Dinner will be a taco salad made with ground turkey, lite sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, cheese and 7 tortilla chips.
I’ll probably have another snack between dinner and bed because I’ll be running tonight.

Morning snack: Special K fruit crisps
Lunch: Microwaved up some Pacific something Hearty Minestrone soup with some chunks of a Babybel cheese in it. A couple of starbursts from a coworkers desk
Currently: drinking a Cherry Coke Zero. Will be having a sandwich from a Jewish deli for dinner as I’m working late tonight and it’s being ordered in. Trying to keep my food light during the day to account for that!
I feel like I eat pretty boring stuff.

I was running late today so for breakfast is was a Larabar with water. Lunch I had steamed veggies and a few bites of sweet potatoes (wasn’t a fan), I’ll probably have some unsweetened banana chips later. Quinoa Salad is scheduled for dinner :).

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 c. kashi go lean
Morning snack: handful nuts
Lunch: organic peanut butter on rice cake, spring mix w/ evoo/balsamic
Afternoon snack: baby carrots, cheese stick
Dinner: who knows! Maybe leftover chili, maybe a big old salad with chicken, bell peppers, leftover peas. Maybe TBD

Breakfast: homemade smoothie w/1 banana, OJ, 3 strawberries, a few kale leaves
Lunch: Grilled cheddar cheese & tomato sandwich on whole wheat w/glass of OJ

Breakfast: Instant oatmeal
Lunch: Carrot sticks, hummus and an orange and more instant oatmeal.
I have leftover Beef Bourguinon and a salad, but does anyone have one of those days where you are just randomly a picky, picky eater? I made both of them, I know they are both good, but they DO NOT sound appetizing right now.
Too bad I’m working late and will have to eat at least one of them. Or the last packet of instant oat meal stashed in my desk.

Its about 3 In the afternoon and I got out of bed around noon….oooops!
so far I had:
-a bowl of spring mix lettuce with some cesar dressing.
Currently planning an early dinner! Thinking about going out to get a quart of soup, preferably a bisque from a local joint. We are having big tropical rain showers today, so I’m feeling snuggly 🙂
