What did you feel like *before* you knew you were pregnant?

Honestly it was only the missing period that did it for me. All my other symptons (sore breasts, slight cramping, fatigue, bloating, and headaches) are symptoms I get right before I start, so when it didn’t happen on day one I pretty much knew, took the test and got the positive result.

@jivet:  my breast were tender and sore, also I usually sleep thru the night without having to visit the bathroom, but I just couldn’t hold it, Iwould have to get up in the middle of the night. Then I missed my AF so I knew I had to test.

Had no idea, was spotting so thought AF was on her way. Tested when I was two days late. I had a couple of hot flashes which is very abnormal for me but I attributed that to being out in the sun too long or drinking too much (oooooops!)

The one month I actually got pregnant, I didn’t have any symptoms. Every month that I had “pregnancy symptoms” I wasn’t pregnant. lol

I only tested after my period was WAY late, like 17dpo and voila, BFP.

I was exhausted and I got two nose bleeds and I never get nose bleeds…but those did not clue me in at all. In fact even though AF was late she’s never been terribly consistent so I was really not expecting to be pregnant I just happened to have a test and took it to this day I still don’t really know what made me do that but woah was I suprised!! =]

I had some weird cravings (chicken, pickles and ice cream–all I wanted was fried chicken) and headaches. I was also tired. I kept symptom spotting and brushing it off because I thought it was just that, but lo and behold it was actually a baby 🙂

I had cramps like my period was coming. I kept running to the bathroom, tampon in hand but no AF. After two days of this I tested and BFP! Strangely, also I was very cold a few days before my BFP. Always pulling on a sweater in the day time in August.

@urchin:  This, except I tested at 11DPO because we were trying.  Symptoms started for me at 13DPO– sore breasts, bloating, nausea.

I felt extra bloated and my boobs were really sore.  And I kept running these low-grade (like 99.5) fevers for seemingly no reason.  I tested on the day AF was due, fully expecting a no…boy was I surprised!

My boobs hurt soooo bad. Taking a bra on and off was super painful and my nipples were perm hard. I also felt a little nauseous and dizzy at times. I tested positive at 4 weeks.
