We went Princess Bride themed. Our cake was princess bride themed, my husband was in all black like the dread pirate, each table had princess bride quotes, our officiant gave the “Mawage” speech… it was pretty awesome.

We always wanted a destination St. Lucia wedding but after years of dreaming we knew it would never reasonably happen so we had a beach theme local wedding.

@laken.oliver:  If we do a vow renewal, I’d love to do a fairy forest theme. I loved our wildflower meadow theme and wouldn’t change it but maybe I’d do the fairy forest theme for our vow renewal.

Wizard of Oz, St. Patrick’s Day, Peacock, Winter Wonderland, Alice in Wonderland, Rustic Chic, Halloween, Tim Burton, Into the Woods, 1920’s, 1940’s, 1950’s, 1960’s, Victorian, Gothic Victorian, Romantic Modern, Little Mermaid, Disney.. pretty sure I’ve made everyone crazy with how many times I’ve changed it. The most recent outted theme from me is St. Patrick’s Day. Each one of these I thought of so many ideas for and thought they’d be fun and cool to do, but they never seemed to be exactly what I wanted and didn’t really seem like “me”.. Then the movie Beautiful Creatures came out.. it was a mix of so much that I loved. Thus my theme. I’ve already bought things (unlike the other themes) that fit the theme perfectly. I’m not changing it again since I bought stuff and can’t take them back if I changed my mind. -lol-
