Yeah our catering/venue/service etc. is $150 per person. Its about 75% of our budget not including rings and honeymoon. The Hudson Valley is so expensive.

Food and drink. Use of my friend’s restaurant, plus their buffet service, plus our outside purchases of alcohol, cake, and candy all came to about $1,500, possibly a couple of hundred dollars more. Not bad for 60 guests! It helps to know someone. Cool

Oh Oh I have a pie chart too! Smile

Reception included food, open bar, tables, chairs, linens, setup, cleanup, venue rental fees and taxes

Others are give or take a little.  I think the stationary, cake, and bachelorette party are all actually 2.5% and the hotel/limo is 4.5%

definitely the catering (food and drinks).  45% of the cost not including travel, honeymoon or rings.  i truly was expecting a much larger bar bill.
