I would love to know this too, as mine is coming up in about 10 days! I have a gray maternity dress and a black maternity dress and I was considering wearing one of those with perhaps a "statement" piece of jewelry. Not sure I want to buy another dress so close to giving birth!
I bought this on sale from the GAP: http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=6035&vid=1&pid=777924
I like it, but it's a little snug around my butt so I'm debating whether or not to wear it (my shower is this Sunday). Either way, I imagine I'll wear a basic black dress with "statement" jewelry like chicagowife suggested :)
And heels. Last (and one of the only) time I'll wear heels during pregnancy, but if we're taking photos I want my calves to look nice. Watch me tip over.
nothing special because it was at my house with only really close friends and family.I wore my favorite pregnant pants and shirt (stork carrying baby)... man I wasn't good at being pregnant haha
our showers are always big but very casual...and also a surprise...so ill probably be in jeans and a good ol pair of flip flops :) Im pretty pumped about it though... i wore a dress to my bridal sower with a rockin pair of heels... opening gifts was slighty hard ,...I was afraid to give someone a show lol.So probably being super preggo at my shower...im wearing "comfort" :)
I couldn't tell you the last time I wore heels, but I might take a pair of flip flops or flats to wear most of the day and heels for some pictures to look nicer. :)
I wore a pretty dress shirt and my ginormous maternity khakis. Flip Flops too cuz it was July.
Mines not for another 2 months - so one month before the baby's due. My stomach is going to be ginormous but I'm hoping that it'll be warm enough to wear a sundress. I can't wait until the weather is warm because even though I feel a little bigger at the moment I now hate pants.
I have worn two different dresses... a purple one from Motherhood Maternity that's more formal, but I threw a black cardigan over it
, and a gray one from Ann Taylor Loft. I looked into renting one from rentmaternitywear dot com, but these were both pretty inexpensive so I decided to buy them.
One thing I made sure of (that may or may not apply to others) is to have longer sleeves. A few photos recently have made me realize that my arms are no longer as toned as they once were, and that's one reason I like my slimming little long-sleeved black dress!
Ours was a co-ed shower (the Superbowl of Baby Showers, with the superbowl playing throughout & all baby games related to betting pools or sports skills) a good number of toddlers present as well, so I was super casual: long-sleeve white v-neck, jeans, & my green Lambeau Field jacket (we were Packer supporters).

Mine is next month and I don't want to start figuring out too last minute what I should wear. So, what did you all wear? Would you mind sharing pictures and where the outfits are from? :)
