So I’m planning on giving a small gift to 2 close friends and am totally in love with the “in a jar gifts”! One friend iis totally girly so I’m thinking of a “Mani in a jar” for her and filling it with nail polishes, a file, remover, maybe some nail stickers if they dont look too lame lol 🙂 I’m having trouble thinking of one for the other girl though! She is not a nail painter, I thought about maybe a “Spa in a jar” and filling it with facials and creams and things, but thats not quite her thing either!! She’s not very “girly” but not a tomboy either! She is studying an art major so I considered an arty themed jar? But she probably has all the pens and pencils or whatever else they use for her degree lol! So please share as many cute “in a jar” gifts ideas as you can! 😀

Easy facial scrub: coconut oil + organic sugar + a little dab of lemon essential oil (optional).
Chocolate chip cookies, s’mores, or hot cocoa and marshmallows in a jar (dry ingredients only, with a recipe for whatever is in the jar attached).

- Wedding: March 2014 - A castle!
Aqua59: Last year my friend made infused vodka and put them in little decorated jars. My favorite was blueberry and basil infused, but she also made holiday flavors like peppermint and gingersnap. I thought it was a great idea! She’s also a bartender 🙂

This is SUCH a cute idea! I always love cookie mix or cocoa mix in a jar! Cookies? Candles? Would she like some pretty stationery and nice pens, maybe?

if she sees this might work? I like the way they turn the jar into something useful (holder and for the pins), perhaps find a way for the jar to be useful as well as filling it up
