I love the Mr/Mrs signs...and I can think of such cute pictures where you use them for props! Great idea!
I think those signs are adorable. I always admire wedding photos that include them.
I think it's cute. Do lots of people know you met on Jdate and will get what the screen names mean? I can just imagine every single person not in the know asking you what MAH07 means and how annoying that would get at a certain point.
@sahsabahs - - lol you bring up a very good point... All of our friends and families know that we met on jdate, although I don't know that they know what our screen names were. It just so happens that for both of us AIG and MAH are our initails which everyone will know, then the 14/07 our are favorite numbers which they probably won't know. We do have the story on our wedding website which was another reason I thought it would be cute - - I thought our guests would recognize it from our wedding website, and for those that don't visit the website - yes we will have some explaining....

We were going to do that, but for unknown reasons, I changed my mind at the last second and we went with Bride and Groom instead!
@krissy I can't wait to post pics of the color-specfic ones for me :) I'll post them when I get them!
I love all those ideas! We aren't using any signage but we are draping flowers on the back of the Bride and Groom chairs. I'm trying to decide between these two options

Only this one that I took on my phone - quality is pretty iffy! Ha. Ignore the disaster of a dining room in the background - it is the haven for everything wedding...
We did our first ititials on our chairs. My brother's girlfriend painted them in our wedding colors in polka dots!

I seen someone had double sided ones.. On one side it said Mr & Mrs and the other side said "Happily Married" or "Just Married" cute

My heart melts for the photos that couples have of themselves holding Mr and Mrs wooden signs, or even the simple wooden chic signs that read ‘Just Married’ - - FH and I met on jdate.com, which I wrote about here - - I was thinking I could put our screen names (AIG14 and MAH07) on the wooden signs and post them on our chairs at the reception and then I thought we could use them as props - - you know work in how we met…..
Below are the wood sign shapes I like... I thought the paddles were cute b/c they're a little different....
Is this a dumb idea????
