I think they are really pretty.
Are you wearing a necklace? You might want to go bigger on the earrings if not.
Oh my gosh, those are going to look stunning with your dress! WOW! I really like them.
In my opinion, I think they don't quite match the look of your dress.
I think those look more trendy than elegant/classy/romantic.
But whatever floats your boat. If you like them, who cares what anyone else thinks.
They are not gaudy, but for your dress they seem too small and too modern, and potentially even too yellow. It's also a stiff price for just CC - you can get semiprecious gems for that amount. To go with a lace dress I would think you need something vintage-y and dangly or just small clear or pearl stuff if you have a necklace as well.
i don't vote gaudy. i do think they may be a bit small.....have you picked a necklace yet?
i also think that they are too costly considering they aren't genuine gemstones. i agree with vyeta7 that you could get something a lot more valuable for your budget.
if you are not into "dangly" earrings (which i think would look approp) then perhaps a pair of classic studs. then focus on a beautiful necklace.

Are these classy or gaudy? BTW I have the same wedding dress as Miss Gingerbread that you can see in her most recent blog entry, although my sash is ivory not green. Can i get some honest opinions:
