I also call them goosebumps. I've heard gooseflesh and/or goosepimples before, though.
Goosebumps. I hate when people say goosepimples (no offense!)
Goosebumps. When people say goosepimples it gives me the heeby-jeebies for some reason!
Chicken skin! Long story but we weren't allowed to call them goosebumps when we were kids :)
goosebumps, but they're always called goose pimples in literature. Like PPs said, it gives me the heeby-jeebies.
@MissBoPeep: Really?? That's bizarre!
So, I call them chill bumps. FI looked at me like I had 2 heads. He'd never heard of it before!
@BoiledPNut: That sounds super cute: I prefer that to goosebumps anyday! I think I'm going to start calling them chill bumps from now on :D
Hahaha its not that long of a story its just a pain in the ass posting from my phone so I try to keep things short when I'm phone-posting. Condensed version: My little sister had a tumor removed when she was very little, and they told her it was a goosebump so she wouldn't be scared, but from then on she was terrified anytime someone got goosebumps because she thought they would have to go to the hospital too, so we weren't allowed to call them that any more so we didn't scare her!
@MissBoPeep: Oh!! That's cute but sad at the same time! I'm crying & aweing: it's so conflicting! I hope she's doing better since (it sounds like this was a a long time ago).
I've never heard chill bumps, but that's cuter than goosebumps! I, too, hate "goose pimples". I just hate the word pimples in general.
Goosebumps!
(Or, when we're feeling particularly "Balto-ish", peoplebumps!)
Escalofrios or you say "me puse chinita" (no accurate translation, but it's like saying I got chills).
Lol... Goosebumps =P
@MissyKris: @BoiledPNut: & @Mrs.Estep: Could this be a regional thing?
i call them goosebumps. i worked with a lady who used to call them 'chicken skin'.
@FutureMrsRugbee: Good question. I grew up in SC, but MissyKris looks like she's from CA or TX. Who knows! lol
@FutureMrsRugbee: I'm not sure but I have never heard someone in real life call them anything other than chills or chill bumps!!
I was raised in CA but got it from my mom who is from TX, my entire family calls them chil bumps...
It must be a southern thing, I just asked my FI and he said chill bumps. He is from Mississippi...
goosebumps, but I've heard goosepimples
OOooh, I call the chicken skin too - but I know that most call them goosebumps
I call them goosebumps, but I like your term chill bumps. I'm gonna use that!

What do you call the little bumps you get on your arms when you are cold? FI made fun of me because I apparently call them something weird (I'll say what it is later).
