Exercise and sex. No meds can compare. :)

I take some advil and do some crunches.  Makes the cramps feel better and I get a litte exercise in.  Smile

Thermacare heat wraps placed over your lower abdomen (I usually put the adhesive tabs on each hipbone, to give you an idea of placement). I use the ones meant for back/wrist because the menstrual-specific ones don't tend to hit the right places for me. I seriously swear by these things...I cannot get through a period without them.

I hope you feel better, cramps are no fun :(

Thermacare wraps are good...also, have you thought about getting a prescription?  I have a prescription for some really stron IBuprofen.  Exercise is good, too.  Heating pads?  Also, if you know that you're going to get your period on Thursday, start taking some Advil around Monday or Tuesday...that will help, too.

Heating pad or a brisk walk or other exercise.  And more advil.  I think my blood runs advil red.

Ooooh, I have some thermacare pads for my back!  Now I can't wait to get home!

Definitely going to do some crunches at lunch.

    Thanks bees!
