Actually, neither. I have my own bathroom at work (yay for being the only lady!), and I just keep a toothbrush and toothpaste in there :).
neither - i have mints in my purse but I hardly ever eat them - theyre more to give to other people. I get sick of gum after about 1 second and have to spit it out, same thing with mints - I can never finish them!
neither, mints or breath strips if necessary. i hate hate hate hate hate chewing gum. i'm from the "it's impolite to chew gum in public" school.
i have mints in my desk drawer and will sometimes pop one after lunch if i'm worried i might offend.
I keep gum in my purse and will chew it after lunch if I feel like I have onion breath or something that needs unsticking from a tooth crevice, but I try to stay away from chewing in general.
I actually love chewing gum, and used it in college as a weight management tool (instead of chewing a brownie after lunch, I would chew a piece of gum! Perfect!) but it aggravates my TMJ like nobody's business so I have had to cut waaaaay back. I'm sure in the scheme of things, stopping that habit is good for me, but I still miss it. Now I reach for water to curb cravings but it doesn't work as well.
gum. I actually just put some in. I love it. And a PP brought up the impolite thing, but I think it varies from person to person. I know a lot of people I hate to see chew gum just because it's a hideous sight because they chomp and smack. THAT I can't stand.
neither. I have a really bad jaw with multiple problems, my dentist has forbid me to eat them! Especially gum! Which sucks, because I like it. I sneak a piece every now and then just to get the taste and then spit it out!
