Another pregnant lady here. Usually weekdays are an egg & cheese sandwich with an english muffin (3-4 days) or a banana and yogurt if I’m not feeling as hungry. Saturday is usually a later and larger breakfast, like an omelette with mushrooms, spinach & cheese; hash browns; and a side of bacon. Sundays we have a routine of coffee, sliced up fruit (always an apple sprinkled with cinnamon, banana, and whatever else we have on hand), followed by an egg sandwich while reading the paper.

On the weekdays, small bowl of muesli cereals with bananas or berries or any small breakfast bread such as half of a vanilla brioche and cafe au lait. I just need something small and light. For weekends sometimes, a brunch with waffles or french toast, eggs, sausage or bacon with sliced up mixed fruits.
