KaylaFromAR:  if you really love the ring you’ve posted the get it! The up side with a solitaire is you can always upgrade the setting later, but it sounds like youvr had your heart set on the other one for a while. Even if you got the solitaire you could always add a diamond and sapphire band to get some blue colour in your set 🙂

KaylaFromAR:  it reminds me of the disney inspired rings! I think it’s pretty, and the milgrain is to die for!

KaylaFromAR:  I was in exactly the same boat. I tried on big bling rings but they just weren’t me, and solitaires were much more my style but still something missing. I ended up with a classic looking three stone with a ruby center.

if you really love the blinged out ring then get it, I think most girls will agree that you get used to having that much sparkle on your hand after a while 🙂

KaylaFromAR:  oooo rose gold is so pretty. I prefer the first one you posted though. I like the blue against the cool silver metal

Honestly I have social anxiety too. Get the solitaire for a Ering now and when you have the chance get the ring shown as a RHR.

I really don’t like this specific halo and the large prongs.  It looks bulky and heavy.  Have you thought of going the custom route?  I think a classic solitaire with the blue sapphire fleur de lis sides would be lovely.

KaylaFromAR:  Get the ring you love! Don’t settle for a solitaire if that isn’t your style! You will regret it. That being said, I do really like the ring you posted, but think it would look amazing with an antique stone like an old mine cut or an old european cut because of the fleur-de-lis on the side and the milgraining. Buuut if you are still flip flopping between white and rose gold and garnets or sapphires I say keep waiting until you know for sure, or go the custom route and try to incorporate it all. Maybe a rose gold ring with white gold fleur-de-lis? Garnets on the sides and sapphires as surprise stones or something like that, so you get to have everything you want. Schubach’s does great custom work, and they work with diamonds too, not just moissanite. Good luck!

KaylaFromAR:  this ring IS gorgeous, BUT, twenty years from now you may appreciate the simplicity of a solitaire. The size solitaire you mention is nothing to sneeze at, would be gorgeous in it’s own right, and you can always add anniversary bands or blingy guards as the years go by.
