I’m only a week and a half away. Tried on dress today after the alterations and it fits perfectly. Picking it up next Thursday. Got to order cufflinks for men and I’m going to order BMs and my mum robes to wear for the morning.

hahahahahahahahah too much. period.

but for real [in no particular order]:

-cut wood medallions for cake stands and display (and by this I mean sweet talk my FI into filling up the chainsaw and doing it because he loooooooves me haha)

-finalize table & chair numbers

-buy booze

-get marriage license SOON

-pick up dress after final fitting

-pay final deposits

-make 20+ tissue paper poofs/pomander things

– go hunt drift wood and freeze (to de-bug)

– finalize FMIL’s flights & arrival dates

-get final menu to FMIL with numbers + buy supplies

-Meet with florist for quotes on dahlias and gerbera daisies.

-DIY flowers (night before)

– get Groomsmens chest sizes/heights & rent vests/ties

-make sure my BM/MOH won’t be attending naked.

-call my 14 yr. old cousin and ask her if she wants to man my guest book camera (hey I used to change her diapers, she should be willing to do me a solid right?)

– meet with commissioner for obligatory pre-marriage meeting & pay for rehersal

-inform necessary parties of rehersal dinner/set up.

-scout the venue grounds and decide on the ceremony site ASAP (there are big open lawns next to the water, as well as tree’d areas and a gazebo, so the final call has yet to be made)

-decide if we’re building a arch to stand under

-book mani/pedi for day before

-book waxing for 1.5 weeks out

-make an appt for FH to get his hair cut profesionally 2weeks out

-figure out card box

– figure out WTF our ring bearer will be doing the bearing on/in

-finish table numbers (need to do 3-5 more)

-make signs (bocce, croquet)

-buy 3-4 flats of water

-buy mix

-ask the best man if he wants to be the ‘binder’ (guy who ties) during our handfasting.

Annnnnnnd probably a million other things, that are on my cork board, but escape my recollection at the moment.
