    I'm a receptionist for a large photo-printing lab. It's a neat job - working in a field I've never been in before definately keeps me on my toes!

    When I graduate in 2 years I will be a pharmacist.  In the meantime, I'm a pharmacy intern (and a student or course!).  I'm ready to be done - 7 years is a lot!

    Full time biochemistry student and work part time at an after school care for middle schoolers. I love the school part, don't really enjoy working with the kids. I loved it when I worked with elementary school kids, but middle school is not my cup of tea.

    I have one more year of undergrad left before I hopefully go to pharmacy or grad school for toxicology :)

    I'm an interior designer but things are slooooooooooooooooow which I don't mind so much because it means more time for wedding DIY stuff :)  Both FI and I are happy with me at home even though it sounds very 1950s, we love it!

    @bakerella - I so want to go to school for interior design! But we don't have a program around here anymore and my family hasn't been extremely encouraging.

    I quit my job at Chick-fil-A in March bc it was getting insanely stressful and they weren't paying me enough or giving me the promotions they had hinted at. But I haven't had any luck finding anything else that I would enjoy more that would pay as much so I might have to go back. :/

    But really wish I'd gone to school to be a nurse!! I havent taken Bio since 11th grade so it would be too much of a hassle lol go back now :(

    Trying to figure it out - doing a biology post doc now in an area I thought I'd love but I soooooooo dislike it.  Too much data analysis (which is why I'm on here all the time) for boring data I don't care about for a boss I dislike  So I'm finishing up there soon but ack, feel like I did all this schooling and still don't know what I want to do in life.

    @babyboo, i know, thanks for the support! that would be like 4 more years of school tho and the lost wages during that time freak me out. plus what happens if i get two years in and hate it, or re-realize WHY i havent taken bio since 11th grade? lol then i quit a good job and lots a ton of money for nothing!

    i think about it ALLLLLL the time, though. especially a neo-natal nurse, i would love that.

    @kkkatieB12.  Mmmmmmm... Chick-fil-a.  I spend 5 years of my life working at CFA.  I was there during high school and part of college. I loved working there.  The one I worked at was such a great atmosphere.  I love their food and I miss it now that I'm in Seattle and they don't have any here. Sorry, you aren't getting paid enough.  When I have kids, I hope that my kids work there.  I learned so much there.  Now, it was good while it lasted. My husband worked there also, which is where we met.  If only we could open one ourselves.  It was a great investment where I used to live, near philly and would make a killing if we could open one here in Seattle.

    I'm a jack of all trades right now. I have an internship with a writing non-profit, work part-time at a nifty little museum, and also clean houses. When school is finished (graduation May 15th! Woot!), I'll pick up freelance again, hopefully nab an internship with a publishing company, and write a book. After that I guess I'll have to get a "real job" or something. :P

    @yrret107 - I loved it until they started putting me on closing shifts every night on headset and left me there for 6 months after telling me it was only for a few weeks. I love my coworkers and most of my managers but our operator is unusual for CFA bc he just really doesn't care about his employees and he's always telling us how "expendable" we are. CFA did help me get over alot of my shyness issues. My bf works there too, when he isn't at college. I talked to my old manager yesterday and he was basically asking me to come back so I told him I will think about it. We will see. :)

     I work in a computer network business.  I am the service manager.....I handle all calls, scheduling, accts recieve/payable, ordering, customer service rep and the list goes on and on!  I am the only female in the company (it's a small locally owned business have 2 stores opening a 3rd one)  I stay super busy on most days then there are days like today when it is super slow!

    My dream is to open up my own bakery/speciality store which in my opinion this town would greatly benfit from!!

    @KKKatie

    Yeah, my operator was really nice for the first few years and we would get christmas presents and bonuses but then he got a divorce from his wife and most of the goodies stopped. Turns out she was the one who really cared for us, not him.  Why don't you check out another CFA?  There are probably a billion of CFAs all over, since you are down south.

    I work for an energy marketing company...and do a little bit of everything from accounting work, used to trade at my old job, and actually physically moving the natural gas (done through the internet on various pipelines).  It's not something I ever planned on getting into, but just happened after college...and I love it!
