Honestly, this is just one less thing for you to do. You’ll be thankful closer to your wedding date if you just choose these, I’m sure! They actually nice – they are high enough to not block people’s view of you or each other during dinner.

It looks very eighties to me.

Not ideal, but free is a great price.
Maybe you can alter it (not permanantly)? Maybe get tubes and cover them the height of the vase and sit the vase in it so it has a more modern sleek look.

I don’t LOVE them, but I sure don’t dislike ’em!
I woud go for it.

Really the only thing I dislike about it is the hanging crystals. So if you can hide them or take them off I say go with it.

I also would tuck the crystals up inside the flowers.

I like it and think it photographs really well — the flower looks real. I’d go for it!

They’re kind of dated, but since they’re free I would definitely work with them. Tuck the hanging crystals up so that they’re hidden like PP suggested. With dim lights and candles on the tables they will probably look quite pretty. Or you could try concealing them somehow–I like the idea of a tube, or you could try wrapping criss-crossing ribbon around them or something. I’m sure if you poke around the interwebs long enough, you’ll find other creative ideas.

@Juliepants: Do you really think so? My first impression was that they are in direct line of people’s sight, especially with the crystals.
OP I think if they are free go for it IF they aren’t in anyone’se way. I would do a test run and sit with them at a table to be sure they aren’t too short because to me they seem to be in that gray area of blocking people’s view.

I’d go for it! Just try and tuck the crystals. I think they’re a great starting point. Think of something else you could put your money toward!

Go for it. They will totally look nice and you can personalize with little things around them.
