Def hot - but I agree with @CCSR it borders on a bit short! Of course, if the model is 5'11" & you're 5'4" it's prolly not going to look quite as short on you - in that back photo it looks like it barely covers her buns!!
Watch out for the shortness of Forever 21 dresses these days. I'll wear one in Vegas but not where I might see someone I know.
Buy it! I think it could look trashy if you accessorize it incorrectly. You would make it look fab though.
