@Mrs. Petit Four:  But…they’re delicious!  I like grilled oysters best, though.

Umm…I like brussels sprouts, and I like…jam or honey with my eggs.  I also like to put sugar or honey on grits.  Actually I like to put honey on basically everything I eat.

I like sardines, but only the filets.  They stink but are so good!

My faaaavorite is dill pickles with sharp cheddar cheese.  So good.

Ah, now I have to go get some pickles and cheese.

My mom always used to make Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup into a gravy for pasta and rice. It’s delicious. My brother and sister hate it, so more for me!

@Mrs. Petit Four:  A dish that my family calls Yakame that we’ve been eating for all of my life!  We make it with spaghetti noodles, diced onion, bacon bits (turkey bacon for me!), sprinkled with black pepper and topped with soy sauce.  My sister also puts ketchup on hers.  When I first told my fiance about it, he thought my family made it up.  so I did some research and found a chinese dish called yaka mein that’s similar to what my family’s been making for decades.  He does like it, though.  My sister’s hubby won’t touch it.

It’s really tasty if anyone wants to try it!

Oysters, fish eye balls (I used to be scared of them!!), snails, any kind of sweetbreads (look it up if you don’t know what it is), 1000 year old egg.
