Biting my nails. Ugh! It’s pretty sad when my fiancé goes to my mother for a back scratch and not me, haha.

I use at at home gel nail kit. I know it could last me at least 10 days but by day 6 I’m getting so antsy with the color that I start peeling it off. It’s so hard on your nails! Muuuust resist!

I do a few of the things “women need to stop doing.”  

 

This one, though, is the reason why I do not have a facebook account or any other social media website:

Comparing your real life to someone else’s virtual one. Spending a ton of time obsessing over your own online life can be anxiety-provoking — but so can obsessing over other peoples’ virtual personas. Research has shown that Facebook addiction is correlated with lower self-esteem. And who wouldn’t feel bad sitting in bed on a Monday night scrolling through your ex’s vacation photo album or the enthusiastic statuses your friend in the fashion industry posted during a celeb-filled party? Instead of playing a constant game of comparison, which studies have shown can actually magnify feelings of depression, just close your laptop and enjoy the present. At least it’s real.

This! I need to stop doing this: 23. Setting deadlines for major life events. Don’t try to meticulously plan out when you should find love or have babies or get that dream job or buy that amazing brownstone. Enjoy the uncertainty of life and allow yourself to be overjoyed when you hit those milestones or pleasantly surprised when you realize you want to skip out on some of them altogether.

@MissPine:  I do this too! DH is an internal medicine doc and I hid it from him for a long time so I wouldn’t get a lecture! I got a TERRBILE eye infection last year though and my secret was discovered… I just hate taking them out.

A few that includes:

– stop worrying about what other people will think

– looking at wedding dresses (I have purchased my dress)

-cut down on the McDonald’s

1. I need to stop being so concerned with putting everybody else’s happiness before my own.

2. I need to stop being a bundle of stress. (Maybe 1 and 2 are related).

3. I need to take better care of myself (eat halthier, get exercise, all the usuals).

@islandlily84:  According to this article, I need to stop hanging out with people out of obligation (i.e. high maintenance friends).  Other than that, I really need to stop eating just before I got to bed lol.

I need to stop procrastinating, told a friend I’d meet them at the gym at 10.. It’s 9:21 and i’m on wedding bee. 

Also, being embarrassed about my Interests.(#23). I’m a very private person wheN It comes to that… I think I’m weird :p
