I am a huge Recessionista bride!! I am trying to put together bags for my girls which will include jewelry I am buying for them to wear to the wedding, some bath and body works items (lotions, body wash) and then I wanted to put in some cool make up. I can not afford MAC or Sephora etc for each girl... does anyone have any ideas on some awesome drug store makeup... cover girl, revlon etc... and what do you think i should get?

I think Bath & Body Works sale starts on the 18th if you feel like waiting. You could also see if they have an outlet store near you.

Costco sells 3 packs of Lash Blast mascara. They also have brush sets and stuff by Borghese.

Sally Beauty Supply has lots of stuff, included nice make up brushes (in my opinion)

What about some waterproof mascara (sorry, don't have any suggestions for brands, but I'm sure you could find something inexpensive) - for when the tears start to flow! :)

Maybe consider some flip flops and/or fuzzy socks - for tired feet post-wedding.  Those are inexpensive and sure to be appreciated!

Lip Smackers!  A girl can never be too old for some bubble gum or cinnammon flavoured lip stuff!  Plus they come in cute packaging and cute names!

Waterproof mascara is definitely a great idea... i forgot all about Lip smackers.. all of my girls are between 18-26. We are very fun and outgoing so i figured bags with some cool stuff will make them happy..

I know you mentioned Sephora being expensive, but they have a trial size beauty section on their site, so maybe you could get them a few small-ish things from there that are higher quality? The section is called "beauty minis":

Sort the page by price and see if anything pops up!
