I think brown dresses look good in any month. I had my MOH in chocolate and I was in a wedding last October where we wore brown. If you are afraid the color is too dark then just livin it up with some bright colored flowers.

Sorry I missed the picture of the flowers, I love them and think they will look great with the dress.

When I read the title I thought 'no', but after seeing the flowers I think it would look great.  I love the dress btw!

I think it looks great. And why would brown BM's dresses not be used in March? Maybe I'm missing something here. Go for it.

Brown is a color that can be worn any time! There are no formal "rules" against it, and it can be paired with a lot of pretty things. If you like it, why worry what your coworker says? It's not her wedding and you and she aren't style twins!

Yes, definitely! We did brown BM dresses in August and I think brown is great because you can basically put any color flowers with it and they pop and look so bright!

I went to a wedding in July that had coffee colored dresses...so brown is totally fine.

@ManciasToBe: Did you get the dupioni fabric or the peau de soie?  We're doing the dupioni, and I thought it felt and looked really nice.  They didn't have any samples in the peau de soie though.  Unfortunately they probably won't be in until December.

I think it looks good!! Brown and pink are always good colors. I would go for. Maybe have light pink accessories or even a sash or light pink belt to bring the colors in together more.

I think brown is a neutral and works all year round.  If you paired it with orange, rust, and gold, it might look autumn-y, but with pink, you'll be fine.
