It’s all ham/pork/sausage. I would not eat most of it. I think if you added a salad it would make it better.

A salad would be nice as most of the food sounds on the heavier side. It all sounds yummy 🙂

@WhiteSnow:  i’m having a brunch reception, too! my menu is:

Mini Chicken and Waffles

Grits Bar

with bacon, scallions, country ham, ham jam, cheese, ham gravy and butter

Biscuit Bar

with white gravy, sausage gravy, Canadian bacon, country ham, sausage patties, butters and jellies

Fried Green Tomato Station

with a homemade remoulade sauce

Bacon Skewers with a Maple Dipping Sauce

Mini Tomato and Pimento Cheese Pies

Apple Bacon Brie

Minted Fruit Salad

Pickled Okra

Prosciutto Wrapped Pickled Okra

i made sure to have some veggie options for my veggie friends…i obviously don’t have too many of those options…my FI loves bacon, haha.

@WhiteSnow:  You had me at sausage and gravy.

I second being sure to have plenty of fresh veggies and fruit. A plain salad would be nice.

This sounds wonderful as is but I would probably add a salad because I love salad! I think you have a great assortment of lunch and breakfast foods though. Sometimes people have a brunch menu and it only has items from one.
