1. Breast of chicken w/ citrus demi glaze.
2. Short rib of beef.
Is this boring? Would you east the short rib? is short rib kin of eh not so desired? We are having a fancy wedding on a budget and since at my venue higher price prevails i REFUSE to pay so much extra for chicken than what its worth. but I still want to give an alternative to chicken. PLease advise.

Would something vegetarian work? Like an eggplant or mushroom dish, or a ravioli/pasta? (I’m a vegetarian, so that’s the first thing that comes to my mind. 🙂 )

I agree with lilyfaith – a vegetarian option would be great (and often times cheaper) or how about a fish option?
