I bought a few dresses off Ebay and now I need some opinions. My mom thinks this one (the one of me in it) looks nice. I thought it would be tighter, but I ordered the XL cuz they didn’t have the L. And I was afraid the L would be way too tight. Grrr. Probably good for a shower with my FI’s side of the family? I’m having two of them–FI’s family’s side and my friends/my family side.
Also, my Bachelorette Party is a Black and White theme. I’m thinking sexier…I should probably wear black so if i spill you don’t see it, but I think I should get the honor of wearing the all-white dress! So what do you think of these? They are all in white, by the way. What do you think of the one I’m wearing? It’s very lightweight, good for a hot place (like our honeymoon!)

I also have this one that I do love…but it’s kind of formal. And I’d die if I spilt anything on it.

The first one feels like it needs a little something to jazz it up. The second one is really pretty!

I love the second one, assuming that the straps are not part of the dress.
The first one with a belt or something? You could totally bring that on your honeymoon.

I like the first one better, but it does need to be jazzed up– I’m seeing a long bright necklace in maybe blue, yellow, or pink- and bright colorful shoes.

I LOVE the Banana Republic Orchid dress. It is beautiful & I am so envious! That dress is definitely my fave!

i have to vote for the second one – it fits you better, looks fantastic on you. a for the first one – please, i’m not meaning to be insulting here – looks a little like a tee shirt on top – loose in the middle – and unfinished at the bottom (much higher slip than the hem). i don’t think it flatters your great figure. i am really a fan of the second one.

No offense taken! I think it does look like a casual t-shirt dress, too. It’s a victoria secret side ruched scoopneck dress. I wanted to take in the sides but there’s ruching and a seamline around the bust so there isn’t a lot i can do with it. I wish I’d gotten the large! But, ti was only $25, too, ha. I was definitely going to wear something to punch it up….hmmmm.
Do you think if i shortened the first dress that would up its appeal?

I got this one in today….so many choices!
