I love that! Check with your FI though to make sure it’s not too girly for him before you fall deeply in love – mine rejected it for ours ( so I can live vicariously through you? 😉 )

Beautiful dress and venue! I love the mocha/blush pink combo- I think they will go together really well!

@linnylou_88:  I think it looks great!  I like the idea of pairing mocha and blush pink.  I do like some shades of brown and pink together, but I don’t think I would have considered pairing the two for a wedding.  I love that it’s not a color combination you see all the time, and it really does work well (particularly since you’re going for a more rustic style with a barn venue).

I love the pictures of your venue as well … So pretty!

The only thing I don’t like is the last photo on the right.  I’m not sure if you’re just using the general concept (I like that) or if you’re planning to recreate it exactly with those colors (I don’t like that).  The pinks are way too bright (almost to the point of being “harsh”), and don’t fit in well with the rest of the decor and color scheme.  If you’re just using that as an inspiration photo and planning to completely change the colors of the flowers, though, it’s great.

@linnylou_88:  Ahhh, I thought that might be the case but I thought I’d throw it out there just in case.

You’re right that most people (myself included!) stick to white or ivory in their color schemes.  I hope you’ll post some recap photos after the wedding (if the date you’ve listed is correct, I know it’ll be a while but still worth doing!) … I’d love to see how it all comes together!
