My Fiance and I are reading our own separate vows and then having the officiant recite our mutual vows. What do you think?
Today is the happiest day of my life because I get to marry the love of my life.
That moment when I first looked at you… I knew that you would be someone very special to me.
After talking to you on the phone for the first time… I knew we would be great friends
After getting to know you better… I knew you were my one true love
Where there has been cold, you have brought warmth. Literally! because everyone knows I’m always cold!
Where my life has been dark, you have brought light. Because you know I can’t sleep without one!
Where there are tears, you make me laugh… And it works EVERYTIME!
Because you have shown me so much love,
I promise to be YOUR light, YOUR laughter, your back scratcher, your cheerleader, and your faithful wife through sickness and in health, for richer and for poorer. Especially when I’ve been spending too much time at thrift stores!
I also promise to learn how to make chile reilennos and master the art of pancakes!
Most importantly, I promise to love you wholeheartedly and cherish you and kiss you EVERY night for the rest of our lives!
You are my everything and I know together we can accomplish anything!
My Amor, Mi Vida, Mi Mundo!
In the presence of your family and friends, Do you Nicole/Carlos promise to be Carlos’/Nicole’s Wife/Husband from this day Forward?
