Wait… this is *just* your cocktail hour? Or is this dinner too? Cause holy cow that’s a lot of food!

@PrincessBride27:  It looks like you have a good variety of options.  I’ve been to some cocktail hours where they only do passed hors d’ouvres so the fact that you also have staff attended stations is great. Nobody will complain that there’s a shortage of food or options!

That’s a TON of food for just cocktail hour!  Hope there’s a big space between it and dinner.

It’s great as is as long as you have no vegans.

@PrincessBride27:  That’s a great balance. It sure is a lot of (delicious, wonderful) food, but I think your guests will be pleased with all the options – even though they may not be able to finish their dinner 😉

This is just a ton of food! I think there is a lot of meat and not a lot of fish, also making it have less meat would make it a little less heavy.

@PrincessBride27:  Vegans don’t eat eggs or dairy. So the only vegitarian options that would work are the mushrooms & bruschetta IF the bread/breadcrumbs weren’t made with egg. And the mashed potato bar would be fine if the potatoes weren’t mixed with milk/butter (which I would assume they were).

What are you having for dinner? Are there many, many hours in between? I have never in my life heard of a carving station for cocktail hour. Your guests are going to be stuffed!

@PrincessBride27:  Vegans eat absolutely no animal products: no dairy, no eggs, no gelatin, no honey, etc.
