Sorry, not sure why the pic posted twice!!
And I know the pics are a little squished, still not very good at resizing.
Anyway, let me know what y'all think!
Hello! Congrats on your engagement and upcoming wedding! I have to admit I love the idea and unique-ness of your pew decor ideas
It is very simple and elegant with your personal touch to it since you created it! (Don't you just love DIY projects! LOL!) Good Job, I think that it'll look great on the pews. Happy Planning!
Love them both! How did you make the wreaths? I might have to "steal" that idea for our pews. I might even add something in the middle of the wreath, like a momento or something.
Thanks for the opinions ladies!
@ Caliwed, I'd be happy to send you pics of the supplies I started out with. Everything was from the Dollar Tree, so it was really inexpensive. I was surprised by the quality of the frames and white roses, they really did look pretty nice for only being $1!
The wreaths started out with a foam circle and then I simply pulled the flowers off of the bouquets and hotglued them onto the wreath. I used about 2 1/2 bouquets to fill the entire wreath (I did buy larger flowers). Total cost = about $4 each!
I not only love this idea, but I will also be stealing it! I think it's fantastic! Thanks for posting this!!
I love the wreath! I think it's lovely. The pink is such a pretty color, have you considered alternating wreath colors of white and pink?
I love the picture frame idea...this may sound nit-picky...but is it possible to have some of the ribbon hanging below the frame as well? You know, for balance...

So, I wanted to something a little different for pew decorations. I don't know why, but the idea of using a picture frame popped into my mind, and I had seen flower wreaths here used for other things. I also loved the idea of a wreath since my wedding will be a week before Christmas (though not at all Christmas themed).
My theme is black and white damask, very formal and my accent colors will be fuschia and purple.
So, I went to the Dollar Tree today to get some supplies and this is what I came up with: I plan to use black and white engagement pictures for the frames and alternate between the frames and wreaths down the aisle.
