    Hi Bees,

Just wondering what the rest of you think about this cool idea my FMIL showed me. My venue includes an ice sculpture in their package....I wonder if they can do something like this??

Looks cool... but seems tricky logistically!

Very different and cool! I think it ultimately depends on what your venue is like. I agree with corgitales, that logistically it could be tricky. But I only think that it would be tricky depending on what type of venue you have.

Oooooo.  These are amazing! I would just be afraid of it melting all over the floor.

Very pretty! But it seems like it should be hot in that first picture. I guess ceremonies are usually short so it wouldn't have to stay for that long.

That is really pretty! I think it would definitely "wow" your guest!  I would be scared to have it indoors though.

That looks really cool!  But, I'd be worried about it melting.  Seems like it would be tough to pull off.

cool concept, but i think it might end in disaster. go for a glass/plastic bottle/whatev. option if you're set on that look.

p.s. this thread title startled me, what with the ice and all. i was thinking, "wow, that's a ballsy wedding move. hope the cops don't come."

Well, WOW... talk about an original and unique idea!

The ice concept is beautiful, but I'd go with non-melting substances that give the same effect -- no mess or stress factor that way.

... that is totally gorgeous, but I'd go with glass. That first one might actually be glass, looking at the reflections and what not. But it's beautiful! A drippy, puddly mess, but beautiful!
