If you keep coming back to it, it must be for a reason! I think it looks great on you!
Thanks, you must be right. Here's a picture of the back if it helps. I'm short (only about 5'2) so I wasn't sure if the fitted bodice made me look shorter or messed up my proportions at all.

I think that shape of dress fits you perfectly! You look great :) The only thing I'm not fond of is the bottom. I usually like ruffles but for some reason the top ruffles are throwing me off. The very bottom is soft but the top of the bottom looks like these rose ruffle things and I'm not loving them.
Can you please share with us which features of this gown attract you the most, and which, if any, you do not like? If we know that, it would be easier to help guide you.
@natbug21: I'm not the biggest fan of the rosette type ones either but I've yet to find a ruffle that I like more than this one. They are always either too stiff, or don't have enough lift to them. I wonder if I can get a seamstress to open them up a bit more?
@Catherine: Thank you! That was my biggest concern I think.
@Brielle: I like that it is fitted because I'm very short and it seems like every ballgown, a-line I try on totally drown me or make my torso look very short (which it already is) but sometimes the dresses with the fitted bodice are too long for my torso so the cuts don't hit me where they should and they cause a ripple or fold. I can't think of much that I don't like except that maybe I don't have the figure to rock a dress that is so .. unforgiving haha.
@missfenway: I thought that too, the commitment to a dress is a scary thing though. I want to be extra sure!
@natbug21: That one is very pretty unfortunately no stores near me carry it.
@MissSawyer: I think you totally can rock a fitted bodice or a fitted gown altogether! I do think that the proportions of this gown work very well for you, so I would not be concerned about that at all.
Have you considered a gown that is fitted all of the way down or a fit-and-flare? I think you would look great in that style (and I am someone who wore an A-line/ballgown type of dress.) Of course, if you love the ruffles on this dress, then, please disregard this question.
I think you totally rock that dress! I think it fits you very well. I personally don't like the rosettes at the top, but if you like them, get it, and if you don't then see if the seamstress can change that to ruffles!! :)
I think it really suits you and flatters your figure. The skirt isn't my style, but it looks great!
I think the fitted bodice looks great on you! & if you keep coming back to it, it is probably the one. I like the sweetheart neckline with the beading.

Should I keep looking? Does this style suit me? I've tried so many dresses on but I keep coming back to this one for some reason. I'm so confused! HELP!
