We were originally going to go with purple rock candy on sticks but Fiance doesn’t really like the idea anymore. Not mention they are about $1.00 a stick so it would cost us around $90. We found another alternative where the price was is excellent but I wanted your opinions. We found these cute lollipops that are $10 for 24!!! They come with the wrapper which can have either your monogram or your names and your wedding date. It reminds me of when we were kids and we would go to like, the circus or Disneyland and beg our parents for those HUGE round rainbow lollipops!!! Only these are much smaller. Thoughts? They would be in purple and blue since those are our wedding colors.

Is that Oriental Trading? I saw those and thought they were cute.

I’m going to be totally honest…I think they are super cute and would make a great display/wedding detail photo. That being said, I wouldn’t actually consume the lollipop. I’d try to find a child to pawn it off on. So if the lollipop was just sitting there and I was supposed to take one on the way out, I probably wouldn’t. If you made it my escort card or something, I would probably take ir home out of courtesy (and find said child).

I am also going to be honest with you, and give you my opinion. I think they would look really good as favors and I know they would make your guests smile; however, if I were a guest, I would either leave it or stick it in my purse and throw it away later because I wouldn’t want to hurt your feelings.

I love these in the black and white. The labels are perfect. Purple and blue would benice, but perhaps not as elegant. However, I agree with noritake22, that I may not eat it either. But they look great. It reallly depends on what your guests are like.

I think they look really cool but I agree with some of the others who said they might not eat them. If it were me, I’d still go for them though. I think they are super cute and add to the decor. If people don’t want to eat them, then they’ll probably just leave them (more for you!) or take them home to a kiddo. 🙂
