ill usually go to sleep wearing a tshirt/tank top and either pj shorts or long pants… sometimes socks.

i nearly always wake up pantsless.

I have foam mattress so it can get a bit warm sometimes so I usually only sleep in undies and a tank top. During the few days of winter in Texas, I throw on a pair of jammie bottoms.

I only sleep in undies, regardless of whether it’s a hot or cold night. I just hate the feeling of my clothes getting wadded up as I sleep.

I also wear earplugs and an eye mask! Some call me a freak for this, but it keeps me sleeping soundly all night long!

Plus, I never have to worry about a roach or spider entering my ear in the night and laying eggs in my brain.

I like to switch it up. Sometimes a tee and undies, sometimes boxers and a tank, sometimes (more often than not) completely naked. Depends on the temperature, my mood, whether or not it’s shark week….

old t shirt and shorts in the summer, yoga pants in the winter. Sometimes in the dead of winter I have to really bundle up! Maybe because I live a place that’s fairly chilly to tundra about half of the year, but sleeping nakid or in underwear makes me feel cold right now! That only happens in the heat waves of the summer!

It really depends on what the weather is like and what I am doing right before bed. Usually its a tank top or tshirt and undies. Sometimes if I was lounging around the house beforehand, I will also wear sweatpants or shorts. If I have just gotten done showering after working out, I may sleep nude (once in a very brief while!)

PJs or nightie, no bra. Topless isn’t an option when you have kids 🙂
