I am curious about this. Recently there has been a lot of unpleasantness and annoying behavior stemming from one member on one of the wedding-related boards. This member picks on certain people and has an agenda which they push on everyone over and over. It is offensive and borders on cyber-bullying at times. What does it take for someone to be banned? It seems like this type of behavior would warrant it.

This might be a better question to ask a mod directly… because for the life of me I have absolutely no clue. Some people get away with some stuff while others don’t. It just depends.

@Creiddylad: hmm…IDK but I would love to know!!!!!!!

I’d like to know too!
*whispers* But I’d also like to know who you’re talking about!

I have no clue who you are talking about… and I am now curious.
I am also curious how a person would be banned!

Considering several users’ behavior ganging up on one user in the recently-closed thread, either “pretty much nothing” or many people will be close to, or have crossed the line.
I’m hoping the mods are reviewing that thread carefully.

@Creiddylad: If you have concerns about Weddingbee policies or a particular user, you should address it with Mrs.Mouse, our community liaison. She’s great.

@lolita39: Hmmm. I may actually take the step of asking a mod.
@Daizy914: yes! I’ll see what further responses show up here and will PM you if I find out more.

What I don’t understand is why baiting isn’t taken more seriously.
I get that everyone has the right to share their own opinions, yet some take it to the extreme. If one felt so compelled as to share something with an OP, they could always privately message the OP with their opinion and avoid the sh*t storm that ensues by posting it publically.
…Just a wild idea.

This post is baiting and clearly breaks the WeddingBee TOS. I guess that’s the first step that can lead to a ban.

I am pretty sure that starting another thread to continue badmouthing a member is a violation of TOS. Maybe you should close this before a mod has to intervene.
