I would recommend you consider letting them pick the dress (or let them wear different ones). As a plus sized BM who's been in a lot of weddings, things I wanted were: sleeves, ability to wear a regular bra, something with some structure (not a sheath).
Good luck!

There's a lot of info and photos in them!
If you have bridesmaids with a variety of body types in your bridal party, perhaps you could consider choosing a specific color from the line and let them wear different dress styles from that exact same color. If you would like to choose one dress, wrap dresses are flattering on a variety of body types.
Yes, I agree with rosychicklet. As a plus size lady I would prefer to pick my own dress, because I know what looks good on me. Example: A lot of girls like halter dresses but I personally look awful in them. Every person if different and should have a dress that flatter's their body structure.
Something you can wear one of your own regular bras with is so much more comfortable. Something not strapless, and yes if you are okay with it, having your BM's choose their own style of dress is the best way to go. Most BM dresses tend to be sleeveless which I have heard from many people are not the most favored for those of us not comfortable with our arms, so if you go with sleeveless you could consider a nice wrap for the BM's to wear with their dresses.
I only have two co-MOH's as my bridal party. They're completely opposite in shape: a size 2 and a size 22, with totally different skin tones (i.e. they wouldn't both pick out the same colour to wear if I gave them a choice). I don't know what to do about dresses either - do you folks think that since there are only two of them, it would look strange if they're wearing different dresses? I love the way different dresses look when it's a larger bridal party, but with only my two ladies I have no idea where to start.
Any suggestions?
Jenny- you could always let them pick their own dress but maybe specify the length (ie tea length or floor length) so it will a little uniform.
I think if you want uniformity, length is much more obvious than the bodice of the dress (ie v neck, halter, scoop neck, sweetheart, etc) or the cut (ie a-line, princess, drop waist, etc).
