LOL, I'm not clear on which one it is that you would prefer. LOL. ;) Thanks!!
Edible. The first time I got a cd about 8 years ago I thought it was cool but I have never listened beyond once at any of the cd's I have received.
Cookies!
Everybody can burn their own CD. And I don't typically care for what everyone else's taste in musc either
Edible is always the way to go. I never take home favors except in my belly. ;)
I work in the wedding business and I can honestly tell you that people LOVE little late night snacks such as cookies! I think snickerdoodles would be a fun idea! I agree with some of the other bees as well that anyone can burn their own cd with their own music they like, but not everyone may like the music you put on your CD. I love the cookie idea!!!!
honestly, I would like either! BUT...you will probably have more guests leave CD's behind at the end of the night rather than snickerdoodles just because they will forget about them. WIth the snickerdoodles, they will probably get eaten right away :)
We had a cookie table for our favors at the wedding. We had 210 guests and over 650 cookies were on the table. NOT ONE COOKIE WAS LEFT at the end of the night...I couldn't believe it!!
HOpe this helps.
Good luck and happy planning!
C is for cookie... thats good enough for me!
What's a CD?! I haven't touched a CD since Backstreet boys & Spice girls. Just kidding... but with everyone living in a digital music world your guests might not get as much use out of the CD as you would hope. I know they could upload the songs, but if they are popular songs I'm sure most people already have it on their iPod.
Food favors are always gobbled up & appreciated!
Yup, I agree -- cookies! Edible favors are always appreciated. CD's are nice but will likely not be used too much, even people who listen to CDs are often eventually uploading them to mp3.
I like how the one person who voted for CD's didn't say why they'd want one! I'm curious as to why....
I agree, everyone has an MP3 player or ipod or iphone nowadays. I actually have to go buy blank cd's to burn stuff for my DJ...and i don't even have the software anymore! it's ancient technology =]
I voted for snickerdoodles - they are my all time favorite cookie!
I've never had so many replies to a post. It's so much fun reading them. I was thinking about this all day and was even telling my friend that I had not played a CD in like, years! LOL, so, why would I want to give one as a "favor"?!
Thanks for the replies chicas. Looks like I'm going to have a full day of baking some time before the wedding!!

I was pretty set on the CD's. But the more I think about it, the whole edible thing just sounds better. What do YOU think?
